Strong ability to interpret data and transform information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations;
Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
Experience with A/B and MVT testing concepts and tools;
Solid time management skills demonstrated by the ability to execute/PERFORM on multiple projects while working on a tight deadline;
Ability to communicate with other people/departments involved in the same project
Extremely comfortable working with very large and complex data sets;
Proficient in writing SQL code for data extraction and manipulation from a large set of databases to support detailed customer analytics is a plus;
Previous experience in eCommerce is a plus;
He`s / she`s responsibilities will be:
to design and to create customised reports to measure assess performance;
to collect and to analyze data, using a variety of tools (Google Analytics, Internal Database,BI Tool) in order to evaluate overall performance of conversion rates funnels;
to work with a cross-functional team to deliver define a conversion optimization plan;
to define A/B and multivariate test scenarios
for real opportunities or challenges, define and measure success metrics.
